Jason Salvato started his career in the flooring industry in early 2000 in Decatur, Illinois as an operation manager. He was in charge of receiving and distribution of all flooring sales and contractors for a large company. While developing a desire to expand and get involved in the field work, he started working weekends and evenings. He knew very quickly that this was going to be his lifelong career. He soon started Salvato Flooring and with his wife, Audra, and they haven’t looked back since.

The Salvatos have grown this business from the start and holds it very close to their hearts. They are both involved in the day-to-day operations, making sure that every part of the project is completed to 100% customer satisfaction. Jason personally meets with the clients at the start of their project, assists them in material selection, works with the client to achieve their direction, and is a part of the installation of every project.

 

The Salvatos are continually educating themselves and attend classes to keep themselves up to date on the latest product information and installation methods in the industry. They strive to communicate with the client to fully understand their vision and needs. The Salvatos make sure that every request is met or exceeded. This company has grown into a family business with deep roots.
